Album Notes & Community Reviews

Emerging from the fertile Seattle indie scene, the quintet masterfully balances delicate, slowcore-adjacent introspection with roaring, three-guitar post-hardcore climaxes. The complex, highly dynamic song structures and deeply poetic, melancholic lyricism established 'This Is the Way It Goes...' as a massively influential, overlooked gem of 90s underground rock.
