Album Notes & Community Reviews

Anchored heavily by the massive commercial success of the single 'Peaches', Bieber's sixth studio effort leans into sleek, 1980s-inspired synthpop and contemporary R&B. The album attempts to tackle themes of spiritual devotion and marital love, controversially incorporating sampled speeches from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as thematic interludes. It represents a highly polished, radio-dominant return to standard pop formats.
