Album Notes & Community Reviews

Juvenile's 'Project English' continues his Cash Money tenure over Mannie Fresh's bounce-derived production, its title framing the New Orleans housing projects as a language of their own. The album extends the formula of '400 Degreez' with diminishing commercial returns.
