Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded during the height of the folk-blues revival, 'K.C.'s Blues' presents the Mississippi-born guitarist in a stark, unadorned acoustic setting. K.C. Douglas's playing preserves the rhythmic intricacies of the rural Delta tradition, standing in sharp contrast to the electrified urban blues dominating the era.
