Album Notes & Community Reviews

Conceptualized as a modern tragedy presented in three acts, the country-pop superstar's fifth studio album documents the profound grief and aftermath of her high-profile divorce. The record largely abandons traditional country instrumentation, opting instead for lush synthesizers, R&B grooves, and Spanish guitar flourishes. It was released alongside a visually stunning companion film, further cementing her departure from Nashville orthodoxy into mainstream pop stardom.
