Album Notes & Community Reviews

Exploding onto the Norwegian rock scene singing in a thick, idiosyncratic regional dialect, this six-piece ensemble crafted a wildly eccentric and theatrical debut. 'Ompa til du d酶r' fuses Eastern European folk melodies, pump organs, and percussion played on oil drums and car rims, delivering dark, conceptual narratives of war, the mafia, and institutionalized decay.
