Album Notes & Community Reviews
Conceived over the course of more than a decade, the French ensemble's magnum opus is a single, 71-minute conceptual suite divided into multiple interconnected movements. The wildly ambitious science fiction narrative is brought to life through a dense amalgamation of technical death metal, soaring symphonic orchestrations, and futuristic electronic interludes. It remains a legendary, albeit highly underground, achievement in maximalist progressive metal.
