Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sophomore effort from the Berlin-based ensemble is a highly energetic, groove-laden take on German progressive rock. Heavily incorporating syncopated funk rhythms and Santana-esque Latin percussion, the record eschews the cold, mechanical repetition of typical Krautrock in favor of warm, dynamic, and highly accessible jamming. It remains a superb example of the diverse, culturally porous nature of the 1970s European underground.
