Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Melbourne-based artist follows her cult-favorite debut with a stunningly disorienting, heavily manipulated pop record. Dey drastically warps her vocals and buries delicate indie-pop melodies beneath walls of digital noise, tape hiss, and frantic glitch-pop rhythms. It perfectly captures a sense of profound digital alienation and anxiety, acting as a crucial precursor to the hyperpop movement.
