Album Notes & Community Reviews

Intended originally as a darker artistic statement following her divorce, Katy Perry's fourth album ultimately pivoted towards highly uplifting, resilient pop anthems. The massive commercial hit seamlessly balances 90s house-influenced dance tracks with sincere, introspective adult contemporary balladry.
