Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Friday the 13th' is a solo piano performance recorded live in Sendai, Japan, on Friday 13 June 1997, during Keith Tippett's first solo tour of Japan. Played largely on a piano prepared with metals attached to the strings, it has been described as gloriously spooky. It was originally released in 1997 on the Nrl label.
