Album Notes & Community Reviews

Arriving as his debut studio album, 'Project X' firmly established Ken Carson as a leading figure within Playboi Carti's Opium label roster. The project relies entirely on hyperactive, heavily synthesized trap production, defining the high-tempo 'rage' subgenre that dominated underground hip-hop. It offers an unapologetically hedonistic, club-oriented sound characterized by distorted bass and repetitive vocal hooks.
