Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Rick Rubin, this album represents the artist's most emotionally bare and experimentally ambitious work to date. Deeply informed by her prolonged, highly publicized legal battles and ensuing spiritual crises, the record completely abandons party-pop in favor of harrowing electronic minimalism, psychedelic folk, and deeply pessimistic, confessional lyricism.
