Album Notes & Community Reviews

This evocative European jazz quartet reunites to further explore the vast, oceanic themes established on their acclaimed 1995 predecessor. The profoundly atmospheric recording highlights the interplay between Bj酶rnstad's sweeping piano motifs and Rypdal's soaring, effects-laden electric guitar lines over fluid, impressionistic percussion.
