Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded after paring down his backing band, The Whole World, the eccentric songwriter crafted a relatively more accessible, though still wonderfully idiosyncratic, pop-rock collection. Featuring a notable vocal cameo by Robert Wyatt and a famously biting tribute to Syd Barrett, it perfectly balances whimsical humor with undeniable melodic charm.
