Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following scene-stealing appearances alongside OutKast, the Atlanta MC delivers a towering solo debut packed with ferocious energy and deep Southern swagger. The production bounces between massive, club-ready anthems and dense, soulful boom-bap, providing a versatile foundation for his booming, authoritative vocal presence. While exploring standard gangsta tropes, his razor-sharp sociopolitical commentary heavily foreshadows the legendary activist role he would eventually embrace.
