Album Notes & Community Reviews
An incredibly unique and quirky offering from the Japanese avant-garde underground, merging complex chamber jazz structures with progressive rock technicality. The ensemble takes a highly unconventional detour by incorporating elements of Hawaiian slack-key guitar playing into fractured, dissonant arrangements. The resulting sonic collage stands as a fiercely eclectic anomaly of late-eighties experimental cross-pollination.
