Orion

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The full-length debut from the Rochester, New York trio established their signature 'heavy psych' sound, a mesmerizing blend of heavy stoner-rock grooves, psychedelic textures, and blues-inflected melodies. Produced by the band themselves, 'Orion' is a confident and cohesive statement, with its warm, organic production highlighting the telepathic interplay between the musicians. The album's eight tracks flow together as a singular journey, powered by driving rhythms and expansive, fuzzy guitar work.
