Album Notes & Community Reviews

Intended to introduce West African music to a global audience following Bob Marley's death, 'Juju Music' is a mesmerizing, deeply hypnotic polyrhythmic triumph. King Sunny Adé intertwines complex talking drums, beautiful pedal steel guitar, and joyful chanting to create an incredibly warm, highly melodic, and subtly psychedelic Nigerian classic.
