Album Notes & Community Reviews

The West Coast rap veteran leans into incredibly smooth, deeply rhythmic boom-bap production with significant G-funk undertones on 'IV Life'. The album features relaxed, highly boastful lyricism directly supported by flawless, bass-heavy grooves, including vital early production work from Dr. Dre. It remains a highly respected, deeply nostalgic classic of mid-90s Los Angeles hip-hop.
