Following the departure of his entire original backing band, frontman Lenny Wolf assumed near-total control over the recording process for the group's third album. 'Hands of Time' relies heavily on layered keyboards and polished AOR melodies, stepping away from the blues-heavy hard rock of their controversial earlier work.
