Cyborg

Album Notes & Community Reviews

A pioneering, staggeringly bleak double album that heavily influenced the development of dark ambient music, Klaus Schulze's 'Cyborg' is a terrifying synthetic monolith. The record relies on early synthesizers and intensely repetitive, heavily manipulated orchestral tape loops to forge an incredibly cold, deeply ominous, and remarkably futuristic space-ambient atmosphere.
