Album Notes & Community Reviews
Building upon the massive success of their debut, the duo's 1981 sophomore effort solidified their position at the forefront of Brazilian pop music. The album features a masterful blend of catchy MPB hooks and traditional Gaucho elements, most notably on the smash hit 'Deu pra Ti'. The record's pristine production and relatable lyricism made it a cultural touchstone of early 80s Brazil.
