Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the highly influential Danish group's final studio album, the record shifted away from the abrasive, Devo-inspired industrialism of their debut towards a sleeker art-pop sheen. 'Okay Okay Boys' incorporates shiny, melodic synthesizer arrangements and sophisticated, deeply cynical lyricism heavily indebted to the aesthetics of Roxy Music and early David Bowie. It remains a critically revered touchstone of Scandinavian new wave.
