Album Notes & Community Reviews

As the debut solo effort from the CunninLynguists' producer, 'Death Is Silent' is a conceptually dense meditation on mortality, loss, and the afterlife. Kno constructed a brooding, cinematic soundscape using heavily chopped soul and orchestral samples that seamlessly match the solemnity of his lyrical content. The project stands out in the underground hip-hop sphere for its gothic aesthetic and cohesive, funereal atmosphere.
