Album Notes & Community Reviews
This foundational LP pairs the hyper-minimalist, dread-inducing sub-bass of Hyperdub label head Kode9 with the prophetic, spoken-word paranoia of the late Spaceape. It is universally regarded as a masterwork of early, cerebral dubstep, evoking a bleak, dystopian vision of London. The skeletal production prioritizes immense bass weight and chilling atmosphere over dancefloor momentum.
