Album Notes & Community Reviews
A 16-track double album made with Quartier Latin International after a tour that had sold out the Z茅nith de Paris, 'Effrakata' presents Koffi Olomide's Congolese rumba and ndombolo in a dance-driven, guitar-led form. Its sweep of the Kora Awards fixed Olomide's nickname of Quadra Koraman.
