Schlagende Wetter

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Emerging from the Neue Deutsche Welle scene, the Wuppertal-based outfit delivered a highly rhythmic, aggressive take on synthesized rock music. The project incorporates clanging metallic percussion and prominent basslines, creating a sound closely aligned with proto-industrial body music. It stands out for its intensely kinetic, mechanical energy and gang-style vocal chants.
