Album Notes & Community Reviews

The German thrash metal veterans fiercely modernized their sound by incorporating aggressive, heavily rhythmic groove metal elements heavily inspired by the mid-90s success of Pantera and Machine Head. Marking the temporary departure of original drummer Ventor, Joe Cangelosi provides incredibly fast, punishing percussion that propels Mille Petrozza's furiously angry, anti-religious vocal delivery. The incredibly hostile, remarkably heavy recording successfully adapted their classic speed metal aggression for the alternative metal era.
