Album Notes & Community Reviews

Seeking to capitalize on the massive American success of their previous effort, the Swiss rockers adopted a noticeably slicker, synthesizer-tinged approach on 'The Blitz'. The production glosses over their traditional metallic grit in favor of anthemic, pop-metal song structures. While polarizing among early fans, it successfully maintained their presence on rock radio and MTV.
