Album Notes & Community Reviews

Star violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter masterfully navigates this demanding split release featuring works by two 20th-century giants. The recording highlights the stark, angular tension of Penderecki's demanding second violin concerto alongside a powerful interpretation of Bart贸k's rhythmically complex folk-inspired compositions.
