Album Notes & Community Reviews
Operating primarily as a solo vehicle for Tilo Wolff at the time, this debut laid the morose, highly theatrical foundations of the Neue Deutsche Todeskunst movement. 'Angst' leans heavily on funereal organs, depressive classical motifs, and minimalistic drum machines to conjure an atmosphere of absolute dread and romantic despair.
