Album Notes & Community Reviews

The veteran electronic-pop duo continues to meticulously blur the lines between complex, polyrhythmic drum programming and ethereal, avant-garde pop structures. Margaret Fiedler's breathy, detached vocals float above a bed of stuttering beats, angular guitar lines, and prominent dub basslines. The result is a highly sophisticated, slightly anxious listening experience that defined their unique corner of the post-rock landscape.
