Album Notes & Community Reviews
Continuing to push the boundaries of post-trip-hop electronic music, the Manchester duo beautifully paired Lou Rhodes' emotive, fragile vocals with hyper-complex drum programming. 'What Sound' incorporates rapid-fire drum and bass breaks alongside warm string arrangements and acoustic instrumentation, capturing a remarkably sensual and futuristic aesthetic.
