Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Nashville collective's tenth studio album continues Kurt Wagner's uniquely gentle, sophisticated exploration of alternative country and chamber pop. The tracks are steeped in understated elegance, utilizing subtle string arrangements, piano, and Wagner's intimate, gravelly vocal delivery to meditate on subtle, everyday melancholies. It reaffirmed the group's reputation for crafting impeccably recorded, deeply comforting music.
