Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking a notable sonic and thematic shift, 'Lust for Life' finds Lana Del Rey turning her gaze outward with a more optimistic, yet still nostalgic, perspective. The album is her first to feature multiple guest artists, including The Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, and Stevie Nicks, integrating contemporary trap and hip-hop production with her signature cinematic dream pop. It consciously addresses the political climate of the time while retaining the melancholic Americana aesthetic that defines her work.
