The American-born, Berlin-based producer drastically reshapes her sound, pulling away from heavy techno toward a warm, incredibly surreal fusion of art-pop and electroacoustic jazz. The record features an array of vocalists, including Klein and Lafawndah, buried beneath skittering, deeply complex digital percussion and disjointed melodies. It is a wildly unpredictable, highly abstract electronic album that actively defies structural conventions.
