Album Notes & Community Reviews

Raj Kapoor's 'Bobby' launched Rishi Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia and made teenage romance the centre of Hindi cinema; its songs by Laxmikant-Pyarelal defined the sound of the decade. 'Main Shayar To Nahin' introduced playback singer Shailendra Singh, and 'Hum Tum Ek Kamre Mein Band Ho' remains among the most imitated duets in filmi music.
