Album Notes & Community Reviews
Reflecting the shifting musical tides of the late 1970s, the Italian progressive rock giants began tempering their sprawling symphonic suites with tighter, more accessible song structures. The album re-introduces electric guitar to their lineup via Germano Serafin, moving slightly away from their previously keyboard-dominated sound. It remains a deeply melodic, warmly produced effort bridging the gap between high art rock and sophisticated progressive pop.
