Album Notes & Community Reviews

Evoking the sophisticated atmosphere of a late-night urban jazz club, this collaboration balances smooth vocal delivery with elegant cornet accompaniments. The carefully selected repertoire of standards is treated with a melancholic, understated grace that avoids overt sentimentality. The project stands as a refined example of early 1950s vocal jazz crossing over into high-end mood music.
