Album Notes & Community Reviews

Departing from the strict 1960s retro-soul mimicry of his debut, the Texas vocalist incorporates modern R&B phrasing and 1980s synth-funk elements. The sophomore effort presents a broader, more polished sonic palette while maintaining the emotional warmth of his vocal delivery.
