Album Notes & Community Reviews
In 'Old Ideas', Leonard Cohen confronts his own mortality with grace, humor, and his signature deep baritone. The arrangements are minimal and organic, allowing his poetic lyrics about love, God, and regret to take center stage. It is a poignant late-career masterpiece that feels like a whisper from a wise old friend.
