Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released to celebrate his 80th birthday, this critically acclaimed late-career album is a dark, witty, and concise statement from the master songwriter. 'Popular Problems' finds Cohen's gravelly baritone delivering profound observations on war, love, and spirituality over minimalist, blues-infused arrangements. It's a powerful and confident work that showcases his enduring relevance and undiminished lyrical power.
