The Norwegian progressive metal quintet takes a massive evolutionary step, largely shedding their aggressive, heavy metal origins for sweeping, polyrhythmic alternative rock. The album features prominent cello contributions from Raphael Weinroth-Browne and focuses heavily on Einar Solberg's soaring, theatrical clean vocals.
