Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second studio album by Quebec group Les Cowboys Fringants, formed in Repentigny and fronted by vocalist Karl Tremblay with guitarist Jean-Fran莽ois Pauz茅 as principal songwriter, 'Motel Capri' applies folk instrumentation and chanson structures to fast, satirical songs in French. Its writing treats Quebec social and political life with the vulgar humour that defined the group's early work.
