Album Notes & Community Reviews

Founded by Fursy Teyssier of Alcest fame, Les Discrets explores similar territory of atmospheric metal and shoegaze. The album is a melancholic ode to nature, death, and autumn, blending acoustic folk passages with heavy, distorted walls of sound. It is a beautiful, somber companion piece to the blackgaze movement.
