Album Notes & Community Reviews

Reaching a commercial high point during the early 2000s pop-punk boom, the Florida veterans deliver an aggressively catchy, horn-drenched collection of high-energy anthems. Despite the incredibly upbeat, bouncing ska-punk rhythms, the lyricism is deeply cynical, dealing heavily with themes of alienation, hometown stagnation, and quarter-life disillusionment. The slick, major-label production perfectly primed the band for massive MTV and radio success.
