Album Notes & Community Reviews

Deeply influenced by a transformative journey discovering her familial roots in Greece and Jamaica, the British singer-songwriter expands her acoustic folk-soul into vibrant, fully orchestrated pop. Collaborating with producers like Paul Epworth, the arrangements heavily feature lush string sections, prominent basslines, and jazz-inflected guitar playing. The record earned widespread acclaim, earning a Grammy nomination for Best Urban Contemporary Album.
