Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released independently on Tidal amidst bitter, highly publicized legal battles with Cash Money Records, the veteran MC uses this project to reassert his creative autonomy. The 'Free Weezy Album' pairs incredibly dense, complex rhyme schemes and wildly boastful punchlines with surprisingly eclectic, deeply melodic trap production. It serves as a fiercely defiant, incredibly energetic reminder of his enduring technical abilities.
