I'm a Harmony

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released nearly fifty years after her legendary cult-classic debut 'Parallelograms', the third studio album from the revered folk artist embraces a lush, collaborative atmosphere. Produced alongside Fernando Perdomo, the tracking features her intricately layered, ethereal vocal harmonies supported by modern ambient-folk instrumentation and prominent vocal contributions from Devendra Banhart and Julia Holter. The album successfully modernizes her delicate, deeply spiritual approach to psychedelic folk music.
